Love the hazard stripes!
I`m in two minds over the hazard stripes. Yes hazard stripes are Iron Warriors all the way but I cannot stop thinking motorway maintenance vehicles 😦
Same as the tank the weathering or defining of the metal parts really worked out well. I don;’t mind the hazard stripes as it fits well in the slightly over the top 40k background.
I think the key to Iron Warriors is contrast. They are basic to paint(Leadbelcher base coat) but need a contrasting effect(for me its the rusty bases). On the figure itself its the basic Leadbelcher contrasting with the shiny gold bits.
