I had to test the new Cadians out and what better
way than a last stand action at a lonely outpost
against an Ork Waaagh.
In the end amazingly they held off 2 waves of Orks.
Unfortunately the 3rd sadistic wave I sent at them
finished them off.
Cadian honour was upheld, even if the Orks
ripped their arms off.
This is the last few Cadians for now as I`m got
loads of them. Mostly OOP metal figures.
More cannon fodder for the Imperial army.
Just finished this guy as well.
Figured he can join Sgt Kristin Romana as ground assistance.
Pheeew, another 3 heavy weapons finished .They are a mixture of old and new
plus a few converted bits. My favourite is the guy lying down with the
rocket launcher waiting for an unsuspecting tank.
And finally a nice picky of the heavy weapons in line with the regiment.
This is my first female conversion so I went for nice and simple, using a standard Cadian Shock body
and sticking on a Future Skirmish female head(its the female with the SMG).
I changed the arms and sorted out a different back pack.
I also added a pilot type helmet so she looks a little like ground crew.
I figure ground crew would have small fire arms as well.
There are a few female conversions about on the net
and I find most of them give women big hips,
curving busts and red lips.
In real life females in combat wear one size fits all mens sizes so the
exact opposite appears……baggy clothing.
As promised the first of my heavy weapons team with a small bit of modification.
I used a Zvezda anti tank gun chassis and fitted on a spare lascannon off a 40k vehicle
and re-used the shield off an old heavy weapon.
I also added my own lascannon power source using a spare ammo crate and a bit of fuse wire.
A bit of home made cammo net and some old building parts finished off the base for me.

I`m working on some heavy weapon conversions at present so look out for them shortly.
Been busy lately getting an Imperial Guard force up and running.
